A decent solution for an overpriced resort
A large, comfortable apartment equipped with all the modern facilities, except air conditioning, which unfortunately is a major issue in the middle of a hot summer. It is perfect for a family with two children, however, if there are more than four people, the sofa becomes a problem, as the pull-out mechanism is faulty and is not very comfortable to sleep on. One free parking spot in the yard of the building and also a public water dispenser (for both still and sparking) on the corner of the street.
Lack of air conditionig. The couch shoud be replaced or at least repeared. Far from the free beach (and not a pleasent walk - industrial area, no side walks on some portions) and also from center of the resort. If you go by car note that it is very dificult to find a parking spot, especially a free one.

Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung nicht wieder buchen.
Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, gut geeignet für 6 Personen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad war neu und hatte 2 Waschbecken.
Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Wir waren im Sommer bei 34 Grad da. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock. Wir haben Tag und Nacht geschwitzt. Sie ist im Sommer leider nicht zu empfehlen. Es gab einen Stellplatz für das Auto. Wir waren mit mit 2 Autos dort, so dass eines "draußen" an der Straße stehen musste. In dieses Auto wurde eingebrochen. Die Scheibe wurde eingeschlagen. Wir sind wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage drei Tage früher abgereist. Leider gab es auch auf Nachfrage und Schilderung der Situation kein (preisliches) Entgegenkommen des Vermieters.

I padroni dell'appartamento molto molto gentili e a disposizione . Appartamento molto pulito e accurato nei dettagli. Vicino al mare .
