Pleasant
We loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. It was close to the train station. We liked the two local places we ate and the fresh bakery on the corner.
The street noise. The address copied from Booking.com and given to the airport taxi staff didn't take us to the correct address. Our driver spoke with host on Whatsapp and we ended up at correct address.

Great Place to Work Remote
Very fast internet - 80mbs! great location right next to the metro if you need to be on this part of Lima. Nearby stores and restaurants. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. Comes with a full kitchen, GAS showers, a nice living room that you can relax in. Bed is relatively comfortable. Cleaning supplies and everything you need is in the apartment. Decent amount of space for 1-2 people.
Location is safe, but not the most aesthetic. Traffic from the cars - right next to a 4 lane street.
