  Nothing.

  Pretty disgusted with this place. We arrived at the accommodation on friday the 9th of October for the weekend. Our stay was cut drastically short. Unfortunately the doors are locked perminently requiring a key to enter every time. We accidently locked ourselves out on the night of arrival whilst unpacking our luggage from the car, into the room. We had tried to call the emergency hours number multiple times, only to recieve a voicemail option for contact, which we did leave. We then had no choice but to drive 2 hours back home due to no response. Upon nearing our home destination, we recieved a call from the hotel who advised up that their phone is on silent, and they were outside. Pretty dissapointing considering it was a friday night. We drove back to the accommodation on saturday morning and requested a refund for our stay as the hotel has a duty of care to which they cannot and did not fulfil and by the time we drove all the way back, most of the weekend was already gone. We were let back into the room to collect our belongings and returned the key we had accidently left locked inside. We were told a full refund will be issued through booking.com and given a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The manager seemed so polite, apologetic and genuine. I had no intention of leaving a bad review considering a full refund was on it way and an apology was given, they're only human after all, however it seems i was lied to. Its now Tuesday 13 October and still no refund has been issued. I have raised a dispute with booking.com who are certain there has been no refund processed. I have called the hotel back multiple times, most of which yet again go straight to voicemail. When I finally got through, I spoke to the same manager AGAIN who insisted he would have this straightened out asap and would call me back to confirm. I was infact not called back. $640.00 gone for a hotel stay in did not recieve.

  Wonderful relaxing stay, attention to small details needed.

  The location is exceptional, close to restaurants and with an amazing view. Literally right on the water.

  The refrigerator had an inbuilt freezer which was missing its door, so things in the fridge part froze. Also no shelves in the fridge. It was not possible to see the television from the couch.

  Floor was dirty dining chairs dirty musty smell to room run down cracks in ceiling missing paint above bed Didnt end up staying checked in at 2 left at 4.30 and drove 2 hours back home

  Great location for watching sunset on the balcony…if you’ve been able to check in!! Very large and spacious apartment.

  Check in is open from 2pm - 2.45pm. Ridiculous. You cannot access the car park until you have given card details for a holding deposit. The property didn’t answer when I called the number I was meant to call to check in when arriving after 2.45pm, and took 1-2 hours to reply to messages. We ended up sat in the car for an hour unable to park or check in. Room 204 had a constant dropping noise all night from the washing machine/tumble drier. And there’s no door between that and the bed to shut to drown out the drip
