L'hotel gode sicuramente di un'ottima posizione, affacciato sulla splendida costa del Lago di Garda, nella zona di Manerba. Il personale è molto gentile e la struttura si presenta pulita e curata. L'hotel ha uno stile un po' datato, ma questo non è necessariamente un aspetto negativo: conserva un'atmosfera di altri tempi che può anche avere il suo fascino. È presente anche una bella piscina, di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire, visto il periodo autunnale. L'unico appunto riguarda l'organizzazione delle pulizie e dei lavori al mattino. Già intorno alle 8, infatti, il personale ha iniziato a fare parecchio rumore nei corridoi, utilizzando aspiratori e lavapavimenti e parlando ad alta voce. Nel nostro caso, inoltre, qualcuno è entrato direttamente in camera senza prima bussare, scusandosi solo dopo essersi accorto della nostra presenza. Naturalmente, non stiamo parlando di un orario proibitivo, ma durante un weekend di relax sarebbe auspicabile maggiore attenzione al riposo degli ospiti, evitando rumori eccessivi nelle prime ore del mattino e bussando sempre prima di entrare nelle camere. Nel complesso, una struttura con diversi aspetti positivi, soprattutto per la posizione e la gentilezza del personale, ma con qualche margine di miglioramento nella gestione delle attività mattutine.

Tout était parfait, l'endroit près du lac, l'hôtel et son personnel, la demi pension.
