    HORRIBLE

    Nothing this location was HORRIBLE!! I have asked for a refund so we are waiting to see if that gets refunded!

    Everything my stay was unsafe and HORRIBLE NASTY. No safety locks and you could see outside my door, had roaches beds were hard and was told they only clean every 3 days. NO TOWELS PERIOD!!!

    Not up to LaQuinta’s normal standards and lack of staff.

    The smoke detector was beeping. No maintenance available so I disconnected and took it down to the desk. Coffee machine didn’t work. They brought another one. No hair dryer but they provided to us. At the desk, one person said their sheets had crumbs and hair in them when they checked in. Another’s phone didn’t work a couple of others had no towels.

    Will not stay here again. Disgusting and very disappointed

    The location was fine

    The bathroom was dirty. Hair everywhere trash, sunflower seeds, and was asked to pay a deposit after I got here. Had no wash rags available either.

    Shitty I refused to even stay i cancelled my reservation and spent money on nothing .

    Nothing I waited 20 mins to before I seen the desk lady then she came out and was extremely rude .

    A man thats been on the rd since 3 am and was trying check in under my reservation shouldn't have to wait 20 mins until I see someone period . I went somewhere else and was treated with professionalism. It costs me money to cancel my rooms but I would still have left if it costs me 400 . Extremely dissatisfied. La Quinta in Alexandria sucks in my opinion.
