    The operator was dismissive.

    Decor

    It was HOT! I called rhe operator 3 times to ask how to turn on the ceiling fan, he said there IS a remote...there wasn't. I asked how to work the ac...he said just follow the instructions. There was a fan, a portable AC and the AC and it was still too hot!!
