    The room looked nice and was clean

    Staff talked to you as if you are dumb, interrupt you and make you feel bad for bringing up an issue. And there was no hot water at all for the shower.

    The personal in breakfast is nicer

    In the room's bathroom, the tub was dirty and had mold, and one of the beds had a metal part sticking out; when I got up to go to the bathroom, I hit my foot on it. It hurt a lot, and I ended up with a bruise on my ankle.
