    I liked the location it was a good area

    The hotel requires a ton of maintenance and is a little beat up through out. Worried they might charge me for damge already there

    Disgusting. The worst hotel ever.

    We selected this hotel because it was close to relatives we were visiting. We were lied to about the availability of the airport shuttle after hours, both by Wyndham head office and a hotel rep. The manager refused to even follow-up on this, even accusing us of lying. The bar to assist people getting into the bath was hanging by one screw. I didn’t notice this at first and when I tried to use it, the bar came off in my hand, the momentum causing me to hit the opposite wall. We asked the manager to come up and see it. He claimed he was too busy but when pressured, he came up. When the broken bar was pointed out, he showed little concern. The breakfast area was disgusting. Later complaints sent to Wyndham were ignored. Never again.

    Everything. Mainly a mature manager with some training in customer service.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, easy access to the freeway and the room was very spacious.

    The towel bar in the room was falling out and the TV remote in the bedroom did not work. When we checked the TV it had been unplugged and part was out of the wall.
