Not happy with the service. What is your process when guests forget their belongings after checkout?

The room was clean, but the air conditioner was very noisy.

I arrived an hour later than my selected arrival time, but the room was still not cleaned, so I had to wait another 10–15 minutes. I also left my chair in the room and messaged the hotel on WhatsApp the next day. They said they would update me, but I never received a response.

Fresh and clean with good bed.

Very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

No minibar in my room. Considering there isn't much around that would've been good. After 9pm no restaurants open but there was a vending machine with My Food Bag MW meals so we didn't starve.

Only had a short stay, but would be happy to return here again for longer.

Was the perfect location for my needs this trip. New facilities, excellent fit out throughout.
