    Unacceptable.

    Lobby and staff were fine.

    Our room was awful. There was 2 large stains on the old chair next to the lamp. The king bed mattress was completely mushy. My husband sat on it and it completely sunk in. We checked in, went up to are room, were horrified and then went downstairs and checked out.

    Perfect for a quick one night while visiting UND

    Great location for UND. Staff was friendly. Lots of options for breakfast.

    The bed was very hard.
