We love LaQuinta and find it more satisfactory than all the others in the area, including the more expensive ones!

    Good location

We always seem to find a parking space even though space seems limited

I actually would not stay there again. Nice room but the overall place is not very clean.

Our room was nice and clean, and the person who checked us in was very nice and polite. The breakfast was quite good.

The overall property was not clean--dirty doors in the lobby, and old things stashed in the stair well. Also the hotel (not guest) laundry room was right off the lobby and the door was open all the time--dirty towels and sheets in heaps. The area of town is quite run down. I would not feel safe walking in that area.
