Room was clean, bed very comfortable. TV very User friendly. Nice shower with lots of hot water.
Check in staff and check out staff very unacceptable. Arrived at desk Oct 13th at 2:40pm he was on phone watching something. Had to wait for him. Rude behavior acted like I bothered him. Told me I needed the LaQuinta confirmation number Booking.com didn't matter. Had me do LaQuinta pre check in on phone. Wouldn't or couldn't look up my Wyndham Loyalty Blue number. My last stay the clerk was more friendly and helpful. On checkout day today at 11am. Cleaning Service knocks on door to clean. I told her we have a 1pm approved paid checkout. The rude front desk clerk called my room 215 at 11:25am arguing about my pending $30 late checkout approved. He states LaQuinta doesn't allow it. You need to be out no later than 12:30pm since it's normal is 12pm. I didn't let him finish. I over talked him and said we would be checking out soon and hung up on him. I wanted and requested to stay here dye to pleasantly being treated like Family my last stays. I was throughly aggravated and embarrassed by this clerk. The fridge that I needed ice packs for swelling due to my procedure, I couldn't use it wasn't working the first night. I asked for an extra ice bucket for them so I could keep my breast biopsy procedure from swelling. Want my late checkout fee back plus whatever I can for my aggravation and embarrassment in front of my guest for our short Vacation stay.

Not as expected!
Out of the 2 beds , one was caved-in in the middle, not sure if the springs had gone bad or mattress was the problem but I ended up having a sore back the next day morning. My kid slept on the other bed which was okay.
