Horrible. Will never stay there again. Dirty and unkept. Much need of repair or to be shut down.
The Lobby gave the appearance of being a clean and a well-maintained facility. That was all that was positive.
The 1st room was dirty, the bathroom sink had a crack all across the bottom and there was a towel underneath to absorb the water, the knob on the closet door was missing. the desk chair had arms that prevented it from being pushed under the desk. It was difficult getting to the side of the bed. When the HVAC went out, we were moved to another room. That room was dirty (we didn't want to walk on the carpet in either room. The toilet clogged up and the phone didn't work nor the lamp on the desk. When my friend went to tell the desk clerk she offered my friend a plunger. My friend asked to have maintenance take care of it, there was no such person. The desk clerk plunged the toilet. No phone, no light, no soap in the bathtub. Will never stay there again, and we will advise anyone that is interested not to stay there.
