The hotel responded to our requests promptly, and the front desk staff provided excellent service.
The soundproofing in the room is poor, and you can hear traffic noise from outside! The Wi-Fi is unstable and frequently disconnects.

One thing that I like more was! Went I ask for first floor room for my daughter with a welchair. And the another room closer to my room ,They give it to me.... And I appreciate it...
That what i don't like it was what water comes out of the showerhead. Very little... And when I asked one of the housekeepers for shampoo and body wash, she was very rude and only gave me one small bottle of shampoo.

The accommodations were great, just the beds are extremely high off the floor.
Breakfast was good room was clean, but the beds were extremely high off the ground. I had a hard time getting up there and down. I had a little children with me and I was afraid they may fall off the bed during the night so I had to gather pillows to try to keep them from falling off. Because of that I was up all night checking on them. But I really like your hotel and I’ll be back there in two weeks, because I like it that much, but I wish the beds weren’t so high off the ground
