  The hotel has good staff that runs the hotel but they don’t have enough cleaners or the cleaners just aren’t doing their

  Employees were very nice and helpful

  They have 3 pillows per bed and we couldn’t get extras when we had 4 people. Both beds were covered in blood they didn’t wash the sheets or clean the room. The door handle was broke to the closet it came completely off. I was cleaning up and saw dirty clothes under the sink in the bathroom I stuck my foot under it to grab it because I thought they were mine and sadly they were not🤮 someone at some point threw a cup of coffee at the wall and it was dried up and ran all down the wall. I already asked for a new room when they put me in one that was completely filled with trash so I didn’t want to ask again it was one night I figured we would just move on from it. But that morning when I was looking though the beds to make sure we wasn’t leaving anything we saw the blood on both beds honestly it looked like someone wiped themselves with the blankets. My kids and I both slept on someone’s bloody sheets that couldn’t have been washed because they were all white sheets which would have been bleached ? So they just wasn’t washed at all. The pool had huge hair balls sitting all around the edge of the pool so we fought with hair the whole time we swam. That whole place was soo dirty the elevators the rooms the pool. With all that being said the front desk staff was amazing and kind.

  Didn't get to use breakfast, had to leave early

  I was a walk in and ask desk clerk if they offered a hospital or aaarp discount he said no. Gave me a price. I walked out and made a reservation via internet site and was quoted a cheaper rate, so I made a reservation. Went back in to.get room and was told I had to wait until reservation came through, we waited apx 15 minutes in our car. Dont understand why walk in check in was so much higher and why we didnt qualify for discount then. Very disappointed on check procedures. Clerk was new and a little confuses but I heard other people in the office and if they were supposed to be training him, they let him and us both down. Property was excellent except for noise through walls while trying to sleep. Probably wont stay at this property again. We travel that area alot for doctors visits and its a shame we have to find more accommodating property.

  Not the best stay!

  Stag were great.

  Ran out of bath soap and toilet paper, top covers were dirty (we realized 2nd night), tv wouldn’t work and couch needed fixed it replaced. Not what we expected.
