    Room was a bit dated and missing light bulbs, tv only operated on 1 channel, no instructions for it. 1 -3/4 roll tp

    We come to Pearsall every Labor Day for a friend gathering and will never stay there again

    Location. The bed was comfortable enough

    Shabby. Not clean. Very rundown. No one available to check us in and when he did come gave me a lecture about having “ patience”- even though I had been waiting very patiently and had not said a word to him. Our card keys did not work most of the time. Breakfast selections were very limited. The bathroom in our room smelled gross. The whole room was dank and moist. The bathroom floors were slick. Our room had no service the entire length of our stay-they did not empty trash, refresh towels or restock the in-room coffee.

    I have been à la Quinta guy for a long time and this place was the worse I been around. Will never stay there again.

    Ok location

    The night front desk man. He was bad and rude was not professional at all and I felt like I was being profiled.

    Outdated Hotel

    Breakfast

    Pool was empty, the hotel was completely outdated in every way from the front desk to the TV, furniture, bath soap. You name it it was outdated.
