The overall experience was good. The staff at my check-in were very accommodating. For example, my brother and I are both disabled and we were able to get rooms more accommodating to our needs. Also the young female attendant went above her duties to assist me with locating nearby eateries. The rooms were fresh, and beds very comfortable.
The doors to each room bangs when closed and can be heard all throughout the night when someone exits there room. Especially when trying to sleep. Other than the door noise , the stay is just at the door of Raleigh Airport and that's great 👍

refuse the online check-in to protect your privacy
large room
slight smell of sewage when I entered the room, heavy smell of marijuana in the stairs, rusted bathroom drain, hole in the bathroom wall, broken light fixture, stains in the hallway carpets, online. online request for a huge amount of information that was then re-asked again at the desk

I'd return
The young lady at the front desk with the curly black hair, I forget her name Antwanett?? Was the MOST kindest and helpful. The other front desk staff were nice as well.
The young lady at the breakfast bar had a nasty attitude. The toilet is extremely low a little hard on bad knees.
