Good value and good location for high point market
It has a good location. I stayed during fall high point market. The restaurant across from the hotel is a great plus
It needs some maintenance but nothing that will make your stay terrible

You get what you pay for or less
Location was near great restaurants.
Walls were paper thin. We could hear our neighbors coming in during the middle of the night and the vomit thereafter both mornings. We could also hear every conversation and alarm (going off for hours). The room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The bathroom had what looked like blood splatter on the wall. Not to mention the bedding was basically just 2 sheets.

Could have been much better.
The location was good.
The toilet in room 405 needed to be replaced. The maintenance man that came had us turn it off to make it stop running and back on when we needed to use it. Also only one washcloth was provided for two people!!

Mattress was comfortable
Reserved 2 King rooms, we were given 2 rooms with 2 queens, I complained and was given a King room?? Tv was ridiculous no service at all , some kind of rigged service. You had to go to Netflix ???? The power station for charging did not work , slid the desk to see if it was plugged in. It was no, plugged it in, still does not work, filthy behind the desk. This is the first time I have given a bad review. Just not managed well at all.
