    The lack of a swimming pool took the shine off our stay.

    Simple, but functional.

    It was a pleasant yet frustrating experience due to the pool being closed. I was not informed that the pool was closed when I purchased my package. This caused disappointment, especially for my children, who had planned to use the area to cool off from the heat. We were upset by the situation.

    Morning front desk lady was rude and not friendly. And i got charged 160 when the rate for the night was 108
