    Never will recommend a stay again

    I paid for a room for my daughter and military son in law to return home for a few nights for her sisters wedding. The stove didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work, and the exceptional ratings are clearly being manipulated. Not one staff member offered them to move rooms. Instead they got a stovetop temporary setup for 3 days. Ill never trust reviews again after this one.

    Looks nice, but cleanliness needs improvement

    The staff was very nice e friendly

    The room was quite nice, but unfortunately, it was dirty. The floor was already dirty from the very first day, and I stayed for 6 days without the room being cleaned even once. Very disappointing. There was a lot of noise. Staff were pushing trolleys past the door as early as 7 a.m., and the traffic noise outside was very loud and clearly audible inside the room.

    Maintenance is not quite up to par. Chipped paint and other minor issues need attention.
