    The elevator was broken had to.change my room to a double bed i wanted and paid for a king staff did not notify me that the elevator was out very poor lighting in the room lamp kept flickering I was very disappointed didn't even stay my 2 night only stayed one night

    Shitty

    The elevators were out of order the entire time, and was told only 3rd floor rooms was available, along with no ice machine on the 3rd floor. Also couldn't have cancelled reservation when we got there without having to pay for that 1st night stay. Overall poor experience
