Good location, a few things to improve.
Good location, very central. Clean rooms and facilities.
Gym was a bit old and very equipped. Breakfast OK but use of all plastic and foam plates which we did not like. Parking on site ok but expensive compared to surrounding car parks.

Malos olores, desayuno no proporcionado y depósito sin devolver
La habitación se encontraba en condiciones aceptables , a diferencia de los pasillos, no presentaba malos olores. su tamaño aceptable para la relación precio / calidad.
Nos asignaron una habitación en el segundo piso y los pasillos tenían un olor sumamente desagradable, similar al drenaje, aunque afortunadamente dentro de la habitación no se percibía. Otro inconveniente fue que el desayuno estaba incluido en el precio que pagamos por nuestra reservación; sin embargo, durante nuestra estancia no se ofreció este servicio. Lo más preocupante es la falta de devolución del depósito de garantía de 100 dólares que nos cobraron al llegar. Nos hospedamos del 9 al 11 de octubre de 2026 y, al día de hoy, 23 de octubre, todavía no he recibido el reembolso. Entregamos la habitación en buenas condiciones, sin ocasionar ningún daño. Ya presenté una reclamación para solicitar información sobre el depósito, pero hasta el momento no he recibido respuesta. Solicito que el hotel dé seguimiento a esta situación, me informe el estado de mi depósito y confirme una fecha para su devolución. Considero importante que exista una comunicación clara y oportuna con los huéspedes, especialmente cuando se trata de dinero que debe ser reembolsado.
