  Ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere. Parcheggio interno. Area Condizionata ( mai come questa estate necessaria !!! ). Arredi nuovi e funzionali. Ottima pulizia degli ambienti. I proprietari sono stati sorridenti, accoglienti e disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. Già consigliato ad amici e conoscenti.

  Awful experience - dishonest hosts and conditions that do not match the description

  Nothing - bad air conditioning, electricity problems, old and torn sofa, not available bathrooms supplies except hand soap, unhelpful hosts and no, they do not speak English, verbally they communicate only in Italian.

  It was awful experience. First we had to wait more than 30 minutes after the appointed time to receive the keys. After we entered the apartment we found out that the heating was on. We were travelling in the middle of August in Southern Italy - the temperatures were above 35 degrees Celsius. Not only the rooms were not aired and cooled but they were heated!!! After we tried to switch on the air conditioners to cool the apartment the electricity went off. The hosts explained that we should use only 1 air conditioning in 2 two-room apartment so that the electricity wouldn't go out. Ok, we agreed to that, but nonetheless the power continued to go out. We had to go outside to turn on the switch and then return every 10 or so minutes. Additionally the air conditioners didn't actually work properly as the inside temperature remained above 30 degrees all night. We asked the hosts for resolution and they sent technician. The technician couldn't fix the problem and we had to spend the night in hot rooms and electricity that went out all the time. We had booked the place for 3 nights but it was physically impossible to stay in such conditions anymore. The next day we left the place and demanded that they return the paid amount for the unfulfilled 2 nights. They refused. Up until now they refuse to return what we paid for the nights. We didn't receive what was promised and yet they took our payment and refused to give it back.

  Много приятен, слънчев апартамент, на удобно място, с парко-място за колата

  Любезните домакини биха могли да помислят за подмяна на дивана във всекидневната, тъй като разваля интериора и хубавото впечатление от апартамента
