  The property is very comfortable, clean, located in an excellent area. The property is very conveniently located to the metro and multiple other attractions in the area. Gennaro is an excellent host. The host are always asking if there’s anything that they can do. Oh, and did I mention that there’s restaurants right outside your door? Many to choose from.

  The property is a 10 all the way around. There’s nothing I did not like about it.

  If you want to stay in the heart of a vibrant city, this is the right place for you. We were greeted warmly by the hosts making us feel as members of big Italian family. They helped with the luggage, general info and arranging a taxi. We even got small gifts when we left. The property is cozy with beautiful balcony and is very clean.

  If you are looking for some quite and tranquility we would recommend to stay outside historic center. Shower cabin a bit tiny.

  Il Cuore di Napoli

  Che privilegio quello di essere stati nella casa di Rosa la Regina di Spaccanapoli. Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: si trova nel pieno centro di Napoli, a pochi passi dalle stazioni metro di Dante e Toledo, il che rende facilissimo spostarsi in città. Le principali attrazioni turistiche sono tutte raggiungibili a piedi, un vero vantaggio per chi vuole esplorare senza stress. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce, cucina attrezzata, e un bagno moderno e pulitissimo. La pulizia è impeccabile, si vede che viene curata con attenzione. Il letto è estremamente comodo, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata intensa tra musei, vicoli e buon cibo. In sintesi, un soggiorno perfetto per chi cerca comodità, posizione strategica e un ambiente accogliente. Tutto positivo ma era così impeccabile la pulizia che non abbiamo sofferto di allergia per la polvere, STUPENDO!!!pochi rumori dall’esterno nonostante si è in centro, questo grazie alle finestre doppie vetro. Che dire di Genny, persona cordiale favolosa e impeccabile a rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste, ci porteremo per sempre i due souvenir che ci hai regalato come augurio. Questo non è un addio ma un arrivederci perché sicuro ci ritorneremo. Un grande abbraccio.

  まず、宿の手前にある広場での待ち合わせを受け入れてくださり、そこから宿まで誘導してくれました。夜間に不安な中タクシーで広場についたところ、タクシーから降りる前にホストのGennaroさんが見つけてくれ、笑顔で挨拶してくれました。夜遅い時間なのにです。もうこの時点で素晴らしいです。 当日気がついたのですが、ここは部屋だけじゃなく、建物の入り口にも鍵がありとても高いレベルのセキュリティで安心です。 立地は最高でスカッパナポリを中心にあらゆる方向にいけます。繁華街なのに治安が良い最高の立地です。 宿は大変清潔、広くてエアコンもしっかり効いています。一通りの家具が揃っています。使い方の説明も丁寧で、鍵の開閉の練習にも付き合ってくれました。 ホストはバスの相談からなんでも助けてくれ、ほんとうに救われました。これ以上のホストはいないと思います。 はっきり言えるのは、この宿を予約できた時点であなたのナポリ旅は半部成功したも同然です。あなたは最高の宿と最高の味方を手にしたからです。
