Hele goede bedden
Herr feit dat ik geboekt had via Booking , ondanks het feit dat ik de bevestiging had was deze niet bij het hotel door gekomen . We hebben een gewone check in gedaan op basis van het Booking tarief en bij het uitchecken heeft het hotel bij Booking een no show afgegeven tegen 0 kosten . De bevestiging van Booking kwam eerst om middernacht bij het hotel binnen terwijl ik om ca 19.00 uur de Booking gedaan had. Dus een hele keurige en correcte oplossing.

Beautiful property near Lake Geneva!
Some parts not renovated but still all in very nice shape and many thoughtful details like Dyson air wrap hairdryer!

Äußerst aufmerksames freundliches Personal. Schöner Spa-Bereich. Tolles Frühstück. Die beheizte Klobrille ist phänomenal.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Great staff but too expensive and not worth it.
The staff are really friendly and do a lot of effort to give you the best experience
I had a really expensive suite but I could still hear every single person talking above me, and even the footsteps. Also the price is really ridiculously high for what you get, in other countries you will get something so much better for this price.
