Nice location, sweet dining room and sitting areas. Easy access to the vaporetto and walking distance to the main sights. The front desk staff was accommodating. The restaurant staff went fine. Breakfast was extra, but reasonable, and had the basic selections.
I stayed in the Residence and it could use a facelift. Peeling paint and scratches on walls. The furniture was a little uncomfortable. The room was nice and the bathroom was clean.
