The place is vintage and charming

The location was excellent
The room was too small. All we had was a bed and a wardrobe, the wardrobe also had a fridge inside it. No drawers. The coffee machine was actually a kettle with a jar of basic coop instant coffee, this along with cups was also located inside the wardrobe. The bathroom had a shower, no shelf for soap or shampoo etc. No towel rail or hook for wet towels. No shelf for toiletries. No heater/radiator in the bathroom. No smoke alarm in the room. The view was a back court looking onto adjacent property about 10 foot away. Washing was hung on pullies between the window sills. Expensive for very little. I won't return and wouldn't recommend

Gemütliches Appartement in guter Lage
Gute Lage mit grossem Pool und grosser Gartenanlage mit Seeanstoss. Sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Grosser Parkplatz, gesichert. Freundlicher Gastgeber- gibt viele Typs!
Küche für längeren Aufenthalt etwas dürftig. 2Kochfelder mit Induktion.

Tolle Lage, sauber und ruhig, hier müsste renoviert werden
Die Lage ist einmalig gut
Hat nur ein oder zwei Zimmer mit Blick zur Lagune. Rest ist Hinterhofsicht. Es wird nicht investiert. 50% der Lampen sind defekt. Lampen flackern weil nicht Dimmbar. Schranktüre immer offen weil kein Schloss. Im Bad fällt Abdeckung zur Toilletenspülung ab usw.

Excellent stay for visiting the Biennale
Great location for visiting the Biennale. We had a room at the back where we enjoyed the quiet nights. The host Giovanni and the cleaning lady are both very friendly and helpful. As the Rosa dei Venti does not offer breakfast it was great to have a place serving breakfast and excellent coffee just next door. There are many restaurants nearby as well.
