    I loved it immensely and will definitely make it one of my reoccurring vacation destinations

    Absolutely stunning …. Even better than the pictures. The staff are phenomenal. Among the best customer service I’ve had, truly commendable! Every single one of them

    The biggest issue for me was the menu. The location is somewhat removed from other restaurants, so you’re largely reliant on the options available on-site. Unfortunately, as a vegan, there was nothing on the menu I could eat. The limited vegetarian options were only available on the starters menu, with no vegetarian options offered among the main courses. There was also some unexpected construction noise in certain areas, but the staff were very attentive and quick to try to accommodate me and address the issue. I appreciated their effort and willingness to help.

    Fantastic stay and would love to return.

    The whole resort looks magnificent. The Mediterranean looking buildings, the pools and the gardens were all fantastic. The room itself was huge and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were a real treat also. Great breakfast. The staff get to know your names and are super friendly. Would have loved to stay longer.

    To me the only small negative was the lounge in the room. It was a bean bag style lounge and a little uncomfortable to sit in.

    Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Staff very friendly.

    Location. Attitude of staff when requesting invoice. Shower looked impressive but didnt meet expectations when using. Temperature very difficult to regulate and no water pressure.
