Good location. Clean. Great value for money.

    - Staff spoke english and were quite helpful - Good location (close to the lake and lot of good shops/restaurants nearby) - Rooms were clean - Changed our room when we asked them to due to construction noise.

    - Construction noise in the street facing rooms - small lizard in the second room (staff removed it promptly) - Veg breakfast options were limited.

There are not various options in the breakfast, and it doesn't meet the expectations.
