    Perfect Stay

    The location is perfect and just steps away from the Spanish Steps on a quiet street. The property overall has only 3 guest rooms so there is minimal activity on the floor. Our room was fully functional with more than enough space for two travelers, bags and suitcases. The room amenities were thoughtful and included a stocked (and complementary) refrigerator with soda, water, beer and prosecco as well as a Nespresso maker and pods, snacks, toiletries, a safe and a powerful hair dryer. The room was refreshed daily at 11am. From booking to checkout, the manager was very responsive.

    Everything was great! All doors to enter/lock/exit the property are accessed via an app. We initially ad trouble with the remote entry but this was quickly resolved by the manager upon our arrival. Just a note to make sure your phone is kept charged so you do not have any issues accessing the app as you come and go!

    Comfortable and clean, convenient location to Spanish Steps and metro

    Large room with good space for a Rome hotel. Well situated. Marcello services the rooms and helped make our stay comfortable.

    It’s not strictly a hotel with a reception and concierge. More similar to a few apartments /airbnb. However it is serviced daily and it was very safe and well situated.
