    Wonderful stay in the heart of the old quarter

    We loved the colonial style of the property and the interior finishings, the rooms are comfortable and elegant we had a balcony which really made it . The spa was great and the treatment was by far the best in a while . Great attentive staff, fantastic location .

    A few more drink or juice options at breakfast were needed

    Amazing stay. Great Staff and location. Staying here again when I visit again.

    The cleanest hotel I’ve seen. The staff was very welcoming and they remembered you and your likes/dislikes. Breakfast was amazing. We had a group of over 35 stay and no one had any major issues. Great place.

    Mini bar could be converted to a fridge to cool down drinks especially for those not accustomed to the type of temperature in Hanoi. They did accommodate when we requested to change it.
