    Fabulous hotel in the heart of The Old Quarter

    Anna, at central reservations for all La Sinfonia hotels, was amazing. She and her staff will take care of all your needs. They will book you tours with all the top guides. A true 5-star experience.

    I would have liked a small fitness room.

    Totally recommend! Great value for money and ideal location

    Prompt email replies even before we stepped in the hotel made our start of the holiday smooth. Room was as described and clean. Mattress and beds were comfortable. Great location if you dont have long in Hanoi and want to explore in a few days and be in the hustle and bustle of things. Hotel is along a very busy street but once you stepped into the hotel, it felt really calming and serene. Our room which was on the road side was clearly very well soundproofed. Staff were attentive and polite. A special shout out to Lam who went above and beyond to make our stay in Hanoi great! Thank you so much Lam!

    If i really had to nitpick, i'd say the a la carte menu at breakfast could be improved. Husband ordered avocado on toast and they came as 3 tiny bruschettas. I think sometimes just sticking to the classic is best. I had green curry aubergine and flavours were lacking and it was completely cold. Rest of breakfast was great. Good variety.
