Good
We booked the hotel at the last moment (at 7 p.m.), the host responded quickly and sent instructions on how to get the keys.
It was cold in the apartment, maybe this is a plus in summer, but we booked a room in October. There was no stove in the kitchen. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings, the owner contacted us after departure and said that it was because of a late booking and he could not find a cleaner by that time. The hotel is located not far from the restaurants, but quite far from the valley of temples. We stayed in several apartments in Sicily, and the price for this one, in my opinion, was a little too high.

Nice and spacious
It was spacious, clean, and the owner left us complementary water and sweets. The view was great. There is plenty of parking space in the street
Unfortunately, the day we came, the elevator was out of order, but it wasn't a big of a problem to walk up and down
