Prachtig appartement met groot balkon, rustige ligging met mooi uitzicht
Enigste min punt was de airco die je na 4 uur opnieuw moet aanzetten ( maar dit zal een reden hebben om energie te besparen )

Die Wohnung könnte durch ein paar einfache Handgriffe noch besser gemacht werden. Für die Golfplatz-Lärm-Situation kann
Das Apt. war geräumig, sauber und dem Baujahr entsprechend gut gepflegt. Küche war ordentlich ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine u. Waschmaschine mit angrenzendem Patio, um Wäsche aufzuhängen. Auf der großen Terrasse gibt es einen Wasserschlauch um sich bei Sommerhitze abzukühlen.
Die Badtüre vom kleinen Bad lässt sich nicht schließen. Ebenso die Küchentüre. Sie bleiben nicht im Schloss und springen auf. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Allerdings ist diese entweder in allen Räumen an oder aus. Dies lässt sich nicht individuell steuern. Die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses ist gravierend, ebenso war es extrem nervtötend morgens ab 8.15 Uhr die Gärtner - bis zu 4 gleichzeitig- des angrenzenden Golfplatzes akustisch mit ihren benzinbetriebenen Rasenmähern, Laubbläsern etc. bis weit nach 14 Uhr ertragen zu müssen. Ausschlafen: Fehlanzeige. Und das an 4 Tagen von einer Woche Urlaub. Kein Frühstück oder Buch lesen ohne Lärm auf den Ohren möglich. Außerdem fanden wir einen Sonnenschirm mit vielleicht 2,5m Durchmesser etwas spärlich für eine Terrasse von 60qm. Die Sonne hat man morgens bis nachmittags. Dann verschwindet sie hinterm Haus. Schatten durch den oberen Balkon bzw. der darüberliegende Whg. hat man frühestens ab der Mittagszeit.
