Apartamento con una excelente terraza.
La terraza, sin duda. También la comodidad del comedor.
Las fotos del párquing no corresponden con el aparcamiento real. Nos dio la sensación que era un párking subterraneo (posiblemente en la misma finca) y resultó ser un descampado de pago a 10 minutos del apartamento. El precio es a parte del apartamento. Igualmente, todas las instrucciones, carteles... están escritas en inglés. Las instrucciones de llegada también en inglés. El apartamento, en general, está un poco desfasado: humedades en el lavabo, marcas de mucho uso en espacios comunes, aires acondicionados que les cuesta enfriar y hacen ruído...

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr guten Lage. Es gat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Die kleine Terrasse war ein großes Highlight bei der Hitze, so konnten wir draußen frühstücken und abends noch etwas dort sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Klimaanlage war auch gut im Hochsommer. Was auch richtig schön l war, waren die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie ein kühles Willkommensbier und Brot, Marmelade und Butter im Kühlschrank. Die Besitzerin war sehr gut und herzlich in der Kommunikation. Wir werden dort gerne wieder wohnen, wenn wir nochmal nach Sevilla kommen.

La Terraza Azul is a cozy place with really everything you need. The equipment is outstanding and the apartment with its terrace is beautiful. We felt like home and would definitely book the location again. Absolutely recommended!

Apartamento en el centro con el toque de encanto y paz que se necesita
La disponibilidad y la atención fue de cine super bien , super rápido y sobre todo un piso con mucho encanto y mucho arte , el piso tenía cuadros preciosos , la mesita auxiliar del comedor fue un puntazo mi hija le encantó encima era súper original para mí gusto un 10/10 el apartamento y la terraza la verdad es que está muy bien , nosotros hemos estado a mediados de junio y picaba el sol pero aún así se disfruto
