We loved staying here! Luciano was very helpful and responsive when we first arrived, and the apartment is close to several landmarks and cool restaurants and neighbourhoods in Rome. There is a fantastic rooftop patio as well, and a kitchenette where you can store any restaurant leftovers or breakfast supplies, plus Luciano had some bread and pastries/cookies that were available for guests. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms as well which was a huge relief during our stay, as Rome was in a heat wave when we stayed in September (+35C almost the entire trip!). All in all, we had an amazing time and would definitely return and stay here again.

Location was great up the road from a convenient 51 bus stop
Everything location great. Garden for a glass of wine. Luciano was a great host gave us a map showing places of interest. Beds were comfortable. Restaurants next door with great food. Church across the road

Fantastic stay!
Our host was responsive and very helpful. Made the time to show us the best spots and how to get around effectively. The guest house was very clean and the housekeeping was top notch. The breakfast items were great and restocked everyday. The terrace was beautiful with a great view and comfortable seating. The location was fantastic, two metro stations and close to the Coliseum.
Our shower was very slippery so look out if you have balancing issues!

Excepcional, muy bien ubicada . Limpio y cómodo
El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, la atención de Luciano fue excelente y destacar la limpieza, la posibilidad de preparar tu desayuno… q ya te dejan café, mermelada, tostadas, fruta.. y una cocina con todas las comodidades para prepararte lo q quieras. Si vuelvo a Roma, sin duda volveré aquí. Quedé encantada
