    Enttäuschend, keine Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit Wohlfühlfaktor

    Wir finden es extrem schwierig diese Ferienwohnung zu bewerten. Sauber, riesengroß und ein wirklich sehr netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter für den uns die schlechte Bewertung auch sehr leid tut. Aber man sollte ja schon ehrlich sein und somit auch die Bewertung "4", denn enttäuschend trifft es wohl am besten.

    Das größte Problem für uns war eigentlich die Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex in der wirklich vermüllten, dreckigen Vorstadt. Baustellen und heruntergekommene Häuser ringsum. Bis zum Meer sind es zwar nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, aber von einem schönen Strand, geschweige denn einer Promenade oder irgendetwas in der Art kann keine Rede sein. Außerdem auch hier überall Müll und (Hunde-)Dreck. Hätte es entsprechende Fotos oder Infos zur Umgebung gegeben, hätten wir hier gar nicht gebucht. Die Altstadt von Trapani ist kein Highlight, aber recht hübsch. Zu Fuss ist sie allerdings von der FeWo auch nicht mal eben zu erreichen. Man braucht mindestens eine halbe Stunde. Über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten, daher möchten wir zur Wohnung nur sagen, dass sie riesengroß ist - mit zwei Terrassen und zwei Badezimmern, aber absolut kühl und praktikabel eingerichtet, nichts zum Wohlfühlen - für uns jedenfalls nicht. Aus all diesen Gründen sind wir nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist, obwohl wir für 4 Nächte gebucht hatten. Dazu vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal an den Eigentümer, der uns einen Teil des Geldes zurück erstattet hat.

    Exceptional

    Very happy the host was waiting for us with the keys, even offered to come pick us up with his car from the bus stop! The apartment is an excellent value - spacious, clean, modern and air conditioned in every room. The two separate bathrooms are an even better bonus. We didn't use the terraces, but there are two on either side of the apartment, so it's perfect if you want sun or shade. Would definitely come again :)

    Just a minor recommendation to provide more kitchen equipment, e.g. a kitchen knife.
