    do not use lift

our accommodation was changed just two hours before our arrival due to a water leak. the apartment had different bed arrangement, which was a major issue for us, we needed one separate sleeping space . when we raise this concern, the manager told us that we could get full refund and go out at 8pm. We did not have any choice and staed, some essential items were missing from the kitchen, although the manager did bring them within an hour. The worst accident happened on the very first evening. Three members of my family got stuck in the lift. It was extremely hot outside and lift had no proper ventilation and had no communication button, It took more than an hour for them to be rescued. This was potentially dangerous experience for my family.

    La posizione.

Che non si trova facilmente. Non ci sono civici evidenti, è nascosto il portone. Va messa almeno una targa sulla strada.

Pleasantly surprised - surpassed expectations. Modern and clean.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment was. Clean, modern, and with lots of amenities (we really appreciated the Nescafé in the morning).
