Grand appartement bien situé mais à l’équipement vieillissant notamment les appareils sanitaires
Bonne literie et bonne climatisation. Très bonne localisation avec vue sur la mer.
Les équipements sanitaires étaient vieux et fonctionnaient très mal. La paroi de douche était délabrée. Le revêtement du canapé du salon se décomposait en petits morceaux de mousse. Très faible pression d’eau dans les robinets. Très difficile de se laver convenablement les cheveux. La personne de contact nous a indiqué ne rien pouvoir faire car pas directement lié à l’appartement. Il n’y a pas eu d’excuse et d’empathie par rapport à cette situation.

We felt at home from the first moment stepping in!
Spaceous and beautiful apartment with a great terrace in many cardinal directions. Really comfortable beds. Good that there is an elevator.
The stairwell was very worn, not fitting the beautiful appartment.

מיקום טוב מאוד, דירה מרווחת, חניה חינם ברחוב.
להיות בדירה בחודש יולי כשאין מזגן בסלון, במטבח ובפינת אוכל זה בלתי נסבל. פשוט סאונה. אי אפשר היה לאכול או לשבת ביחד כל המשפחה. במקלחת כמעט ולא יוצאים מים. אני רואה שהעירו על כך רבות עוד מלפני יותר משנתיים, ועד עכשיו זה לא טופל. גם לא היו מים חמים. היה צריך ללכת לחפש איפה הדוד ולהתעסק איתו כל פעם, כאילו באנו לעבוד כטכנאים. כשמגיעים 4 מבוגרים ל 3 לילות, מן הסתם צריך יותר מ 2 גלילי נייר טואלט. ביקשנו ולא הביאו עוד. גם יש מכונת כביסה אבל אין אבקה/נוזל. מהמרפסת יש נוף יפה, אבל אי אפשר לשהות בה כי היא מלוכלכת. הבנין מוזנח מאוד.
