The location was outside the center, which made it very quiet – something we really liked. However, you should know that you need a car to get there. The property was very well maintained. We could use the pool all by ourselves, as well as the entire grounds. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like in the photos. Overall, we had very relaxing days there and were able to rest and unwind really well.
What we didn’t like so much: the beds were quite worn out, and the large bed creaked a lot. It wasn’t possible to completely darken the apartment. The air conditioning was very weak – it barely managed to cool down the apartment and then completely broke down. The unit froze over, stopped cooling properly, and even started leaking water. Because of that, we couldn’t really use the apartment for an entire day, which was okay for us since we were on a trip that day anyway. However, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, we were accused of having left the air conditioning running permanently, which was not true. There are already previous reviews mentioning that the air conditioning only works very weakly. In our case, it froze up, which I assume was due to a lack of regular maintenance. We found this handling of the situation and the accusations not fair. Still, since a kitchen was available, it would have been nice to at least have some basic items like salt and pepper.

Apartament had everything we could have wish for in holiday rental. Air conditioning was a life-saving feature during the heatwave, pool was always ready in the morning, and view of Rome from terrace was breathtaking 👌 we had some beach toys for kids, games and books at the apartment. Parking space was shaded, which again was a godsend! The best part was a fimily of cats living at the property. My kids went bananas for them. Pool can be enjoyed at night due to the mood lighting and view from balcony is second to none after sunset. I think that pictures don't do justice to this amazing villa. Tiziana is an angel. Every day, she was looking after us and going above and beyond to please us. Also, we had a bit of an emergency, and she made it her priority to help us She made the whole experience 11 out of 10.
