    Quiet but very central location in the historic centre of Monopoli

    - Parking information - we had to park 10 minutes walk away which is a challenge with 4 suitcases as stay was part of 15 day holiday - Lack of hot water for first few days - Only one large towel provided for the two of us - Requests to get issues sorted either dealt with slowly or not at all - Floor not clean - Bed was two single mattresses - but without properly fitting sheets, the mattresses always separated within a few minutes of attempted sleep
