    Do ambiente em geral. Da cortesia dos funcionários, da comida, dos restaurantes com jantares diferenciados. Das instalações da praia, das piscinas e das apresentações (shows) em geral.

    Gostaria de dar como sugestão que o banheiro do quarto poderia ser revitalizado. A luz do quarto e muito escura. Assim como a academia necessita de um cuidado especial com uma renovação dos aparelhos.

    All employees are well trained,polites,always with a smile in their faces and well educated!

    Tre property is well cleaned e comfortable.

    The rooms,food,drinks,breakfast.Everything is perfect.

    Chuveiro péssimo difícil de regular muito quente ou muito frio risco de queimar Ap 164 Televisão não funcionou nem um dia, reclamei todos os dias(falta de internet segundo a recepção ) Chovendo pedimos duas sombrinhas para retornar ao quarto, disseram que só podia pegar uma, fomos na chuva pro quarto Vinho só tinha uma marca e baixa qualidade Pedimos pra limpar o quarto 7:20h da manhã e 16:00hs ainda não havia limpado E pagamos 10.400,00 por 5 dias COMO FICAR SATISFEITO?
