We enjoyed our stay but feel the villa was over priced for its state of repair.
The size of the property comfortably fitted our party of 7 people. The facilities of the property were good. We enjoyed use of the private pool, bar area, pool table and putting green.
Like at home things become worn and require maintenance. The towel radiators in the bathrooms are rusty.Gardeners entered the pool area unannounced and cut the hedge which made the pool unusable for a day and a half. The hedge trimmings filled the pool and even when fished out the water was contaminated and murky. This was rectified the next day by pool maintenance but it was still a significant chunk of time that the pool was unusable out of our weeks stay.We used the seating at the bar area but did not use the sink as the drain emptied its water over the floor area. The tv remote broke, however, this was quickly replaced with excellent, prompt service from murcia rentals. There were cockroaches in the downstairs bedroom and utility room, however ,once reported this was quickly rectified. My partner swept and hosed the pool area and fished leaves out of the pool on a daily basis to ensure the pool area was pleasurable.

Disappointed in property, impressed with La Torre resort location! Property needs some much needed attention….
Location, spacious, and pool
Property was not in good order, needs some much needed investment and TLC. Wasn’t impressed that the barbecue was filthy and unusable for 2 days, then when we used it the gas ran out! Couldn’t be bothered contacting the company again. The glass patio door in the main bedroom was severely broken and was actually replaced during our stay. Managed but not exactly ideal when you pay that price for 6 days! Expected more for the price.
