  Great location, incredible hosts!

  The hosts were amazing - they responded quickly, gave us great dinner recommendations and even ordered us a taxi for our first morning tour to make sure we got there on time. The apartment is very well located - easy for taxi drop off/pick up, walking distance to all major attractions and great restaurants. The washing machine was the main reason we booked this as opposed to a hotel and all our clothes dried really quickly as there’s a kitchen and bedroom window you can open to let the breeze pass through

  The apartment is located in an old building so there is stairs up to the fourth floor (which we knew but worth mentioning as this is not suitable for anyone with low mobility or large suitcases). There was also a constant musty smell in the apartment unless all the windows were open which was difficult at night with the street noise we had to have these closed (however again likely to be due to the age of the building). The portable aircon was incredibly loud and very difficult to sleep if unfortunately you’re a light sleeper

  Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Florence

  The apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of Florence. It’s very big and spacious, with everything you need: a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and all utilities. The self check-in was convenient, and the staff was always reachable via WhatsApp or phone, which made things easy. Pet are welcome :) Super recommended!

  On the downside, the portable air conditioner wasn’t very strong and quite noisy. Luckily, during our visit it wasn’t too hot, but in warmer weather it could be uncomfortable in the bedroom.

  Bel emplacement et très propre

  Excellent emplacement, lumineux, très propre, bien accueillies, bien équipé en lave-linge et TV

  Installer une climatisation réversible est très important, parce qu'il n'y a aucun système de climatisation installé sauf un Pinguino bruyant et un ventilateur. La douche passe du très froid au bouillant, mitigeur à régler

  Ugly apartment, it was not clean, we did not like the toilet and kitchen, notes of host everywhere to clean the room after your stay, very hot apartment
