  חוויה מדהימה, חופשה מקסימה, וילה מתאימה לחופשה של משפחה גדולה או חבורת חברים.

  המיקום של הוילה היה מתאים לתכניות. צמוד לעירה ציורית בשם צ׳יטונה. מסביב עיירות ואגמים נחמדים לביקור. אפילו מרכז אאוטלט גדול היה בקרבת מקום. הבית היה מחולק באופן שהתאים לנו. היינו זוג הורים ושלושה זוגות צעירים (ילדינו ובני זוגם) לכל זוג היה חדר זוגי ומקלחת צמודה. היה מטבח מאובזר היטב ומרפסת ענקית לארוחות ערב ובוקר משותפות. גם סלון ופינת אוכל בתוך הבית היו זמינים ואפילו שולחן ביליארד. הבריכה היתה הפינוק האמיתי. בריכה מרווחת, עם מקלחת חיצונית, פינת ישיבה מוצלת ודשא מסביב עם כסאות נוחים לשיזוף. הבית חיכה לנו נקי עם חניות מקורות. למעט העובדה שאין מזגנים הכל היה מושלם. (בכל חדר יש מאוורר וברחבי הוילה יש עוד כמה שניתן לספח לחדרי השינה בלילה). הגינה מטופחת, הנוף מדהים, קרוב לכביש A1. נסענו בבוקר שעתיים לרומא לשדה התעופה, 40 דקות לאורבייטו. בעל הוילה, לורנצו, הוא אומן שעבודותיו מקשטות את הוילה. לורנצו פגש אותנו ביום הראשון , הסביר לנו הכל, עבר איתנו על כל הפרטים ובכל החדרים והיה מקסים. בכל שאלה היה זמין ונתן מענה.

  מכיוון שאין מזגנים אולי אפשר היה להתקין מאוררי תקרה. בערבים היה צונן ונעים, אך במהלך הימים היה הכרחי לסגור את החלונות ולהגיף תריסים - הטמפרטורות בקיץ האיטלקי גבוהות. מתאים למשפחות עם ילדים גדולים, יש לא מעט מדרגות בין שני חלקי הוילה ואולי עם ילדים קטנים (ובטח תינוקות) זה לא כל כך מתאים.

  Cudowne miejsce.

  Bardzo interesujące miejsce. Willa w starym stylu ale dzięki temu można było poczuć atmosferę Toskanii. Za oknami wspaniałe widoki, cudowny ogród, basen dający wytchnienie od upałów. Bardzo pomocny właściciel z mnóstwem inspiracji na zwiedzanie okolic.

  Cała masa komarów, trzeba się na nie przygotować. Brak klimatyzacji utrudniał trochę funkcjonowanie.

  A fantastic, relaxed Tuscan holiday in the sun with a fab pool

  Just back from a fantastic stay at Le Trifoglietta with the family and another family. Lorenzo the owner was very nice and met us at the villa after arranging to over WhatsApp. He is quick to respond to messages and very helpful and welcoming, despite our terrible Italian language attempts - he speaks good enough English for everyone to understand each other. The villa is very homely and private with lovely views from the top floor. Amazing pool which the children loved, all on level ground with grass around it and shade from some olive trees when needed. Eating area next to the pool and lots of private parking in the shade. The villa is very spacious with lots of space for two families to use and not feel overcrowded. Bath towels provided and the kitchen is fine for cooking for a couple of families with a large table for eating which seats 8/9 people right next to the kitchen under shade. It is walkable (uphill) into Cetona for older children / adults which is a lovely town - probably 20 minutes away on foot but we typically drove as parking was easy. Some great restaurants up there.

  There really isn’t anything not to like - it is good value for money for a large group. The villa is “lived in” - but was perfect for families with children as we didn’t feel we had to be overly anxious about the children damaging anything. Everything was perfectly clean and worked. It could benefit from a couple of proper sun loungers by the pool, but does have reclining chairs to use which were fine for us. A note for families with young children that the pool doesn’t have a gate so worth keeping that in mind for toddlers. Thank you Lorenzo for a very relaxing stay.

  Large villa with swimming pool in a great location

  Good location on the Tuscan/Umbrian border. 10 minute walk to the village and a 10 minute drive to the nearest large town which has several supermarkets and a main train station. It was about 2 hours by train to Rome in one direction and two hours to Florence in the other direction. There was free carparking next to the station. Most of the places we wanted to visit like Montepulciano, Cortona and San Gimingano were within 1-2 hours drive. The villa has plenty of room, inside and out with good views and a large pool.
