Highly recommended!
The apartment is quite spacious, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. It was practically sparkling clean, and every little detail was thought of. The internet worked perfectly, and the air conditioning units ran smoothly and quietly, causing no inconvenience at all. We didn't meet the host in person, but the entire process of check-in, key collection, and registration was perfectly organized. We also stayed in touch through the Booking.com messaging app without any delays or issues.The parking space is located right by the apartment entrance. It is quite spacious and easily fits an SUV. However, there is one thing to keep in mind: to access it, you need to drive from the main street through an archway into a fairly narrow courtyard right in front of the entrance, which leaves little room for maneuvering. Due to the size of our car, we had trouble backing out of the parking spot, so for the rest of our stay, we parked nearby instead. All in all, it is a very peaceful and quiet place, highly comfortable for staying and a great base for exploring this area of Italy.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no elevator. If you have any health issues that make using the stairs difficult, please keep this in mind.

Großzügige, saubere Kleinstadtwohnung im Dachgeschoss
Der Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr bemüht und engafiert. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles wirkt neu und kaum benutzt. Wir haben uns schnell wohlgefühlt. Bäckerei vor der Haustür, Pizzeria gleich in der Nähe. Gute Kochmöglichkeiten in der Küche. Die Espressomaschine hat uns gut gefallen. Klimatisierung der Räume ist gut möglich.
Die Parkmöglichkeit ist für kleine Fahrzeuge, mit größeren Fahrzeugen muss rangiert werden,was für Nervenkitzel sorgt. Der Straßenverkehr geht direkt am Haus vorbei und es kann auch mal laut werden.

Soggiorno da ricordare
Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per una notte, l’host è stato gentilissimo e molto collaborativo sin da subito, la casa era pulitissima e aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno agiato. Esperienza memorabile. Grazie ancora a Vincenzo e alla moglie per la disponibilità. Inutile dire che consiglio vivamente !

Perfekter Aufenthalt - gerne wieder - auch für längere Zeit
großzügige, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Perfekt eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Isolierung der Fenster in der Küche könnte wegen des Straßenlärms besser sein. Absicherung der Stromversorgung/Belastung etwas schwach - zweimal Strom ausgefallen. Klimaanlage plus Backofen waren zu viel.
