    The place was clean and the parking was great!

    The property was really close to the place my son was moving into for college at U Miami.

    Enjoyable short weekend stay.

    About 15 minutes from Miami downtown. A 20 minute walk gets to a metro station that’s not too much money for a trip towards downtown. From there it’s free to downtown.

    The pictures made it look way better than it was.

    The property owner responded very quickly. Easy communication.. location was fine. Kitchen was in good shape.

    Living room furniture need a refresh. There was just a setee. Mattress was very lumpy.. walls weren’t in OK shape. Not worth the money.

    There was only one bathroom for a three bedroom property, which made getting ready a bit challenging.

    The property was clean good distance to get to the mall , the beach, etc

    I would not say i did not like it but There was no tv in 2 of the rooms but nothing major because it was very peaceful
