Lokacije je odlična, 2 ulice od pešačke zone. Stan ima dve terase, komarnik na svakim balkonskim vratima, klime u svakoj sobi, opremljen je odlično. Sve je čisto, sudovi, prostor, klima uređaji, na 5. dan zamena posteljine. Sva sredstva za čišćenje postoje u stanu.
Mala zamerka je za kupatilo, odnosno tuš kabinu, jer je mala, pa voda izlazi van nje, ali je pad poda odrađen odlično i vrlo brzo se osuši. U apartmanu se nalazi usisivač, koji je bio zapušen od pune posude i prljavog filtera, koje sam ja očistila i oprala. I mašina za veš nije upotrebljiva, jer je puna buđi. Posuda u koju se stavlja Prašak i Omekšivač su bili puni buđi i kamenca, probala da očistim, ali je sam deo u koji se stavlja fioka pun buđi, tako da sam odustala od upotrebe te mašine.
