房間有陽台看得到海及停靠碼頭的船隻。 離高捷三多商圈站很近，大遠百就在附近。 搭輕軌搭到高雄展覽館站下車，走路一下就到。 附近有很多餐飲可選擇，早餐店走下樓就看得到，也有全家便利商店，非常方便。 大樓的電梯要使用感硬扣、大樓入口有警衛也有監視器，房間內也放置滅火器，非常安全。 有問題旅館人員也都迅速提供協助，非常滿意這次的住宿，這間旅館很適合全家旅遊，對小朋友也很友善。 再次感謝旅館讓我們一家享有美好的高雄住宿體驗，謝謝！
