    We stayed with our the kids for a very nice week at the end of the season (late October). Paolo met us in Castellamare del Golfo and showed us the way, we would not have found it otherwise. The apartment is one of two in one house, we had the place to ourselves which was nice. Nice location with short drives to Scopello, Segesta, San Vito, Erice, the Zingaro Riserva, as well as shopping in Castellamare.

    Not the fault of the apartment, but: the Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro and the Riserva Naturale Orientata Monte Cofano are all closed. The EV charger wasn't working while we were there. There were no bed lights, only ceiling lights. Fortunately we brought some lights on our own.
